HISTORIC FORMULA CARS, LOTUS

Nowadays the Historic Formula cars in the HRF's races are mainly Formula V single seaters from the FIA period G , although there have been some Formula Fords and Super Vees from the period H too. Also some Formula Juniors and Midgets from the period E have visited our races. Each individual Formula car must have a competition history from its original period. The rules consist of rules of the period and the specific requirements for formula cars of the FIA appendix K .


HISTORIC FORMULA CARS, FINNVAU AND VEEMAX

HRF FORMULA CLASSES:

  • A - Single seater racing cars, periods E-F (1947-65) for example: Formula Midget, Junior, Formula 3
  • B - Formula V 1-carburettor, period G (1966-71)
  • C - Formula V 2-carburettors, period H-I (1972-81)
  • D - Formula Ford 1600, periods G-H (1966-1976)
  • F - Formula 4, up to, and including 1994
